Early Access
Disruption Analysis
We’re proud to announce that Disruption Analysis is now available in Early Access. Now you can easily see how provider coverage will change when switching carriers as well as the percent overlap in provider market share between plans.

We're actively refining this Disruption Analysis feature based on early usage. As we work to make the full release as useful as possible, we need your feedback. Please reach out directly to your Handl Health Customer Success Manager with questions or suggestions. You can also submit feedback via the help icon.
Coming Soon
We continue to work on bringing in Aetna plan data for CA, CO, AZ, OR, NV, NM, and ND. Customers with access will be notified once this information is available.
New Features
Provider Weighted Reports (Network Evaluation & Disruption Analysis)
You can now upload a file of your client's providers with custom utilization weights.

Network Evaluation accepts uploads by NPI or TIN, and Disruption Analysis accepts NPI. Iris will use these weights to generate Network Evaluation and Disruption Analysis reports tailored to your client's actual provider usage, not market-level benchmarks. This includes full support across all three Network Evaluation charts, and you can include provider names for easy identification.
Note: If you'd like to enable Provider Weighted Reports for your team, please contact your Handl Health Customer Success Manager.
Multi-MSA Support in Care Steerage
In Care Steerage reports, you can now select multiple MSAs, with zip code–based geographic filtering for more precise member population modeling. This matches the multi-MSA experience already available in Network Evaluation and Disruption Analysis.
Rate Lookup: Network Month Display
Rate Lookup results now display the network data month when filtering by network, so you always know which data version you're working with when comparing rates.
Rate Lookup: MSA-Based Plan Network Filtering
When you select MSAs in Rate Lookup, the available plan networks now automatically filter to only those plans with data in your selected regions, ensuring you’re always seeing relevant networks. This fine tuning ensures faster, cleaner and more accurate comparisons.
