You can now securely upload and transfer sensitive files in Iris, giving clients a trusted channel for sharing confidential data.

Click the “?” icon to access the in-app Resource Hub. It houses documentation,  templates  and release notes, organized by dataset, so your team can find reference material without leaving Iris.

Hovering over an info icon will now show the derived percentage for each provider. This allows you to easily identify when there is a higher percentage of imputation.

We’ve added a tooltip defining market-based providers to improve clarity for clients navigating an analysis for the first time.

Claims files can now include an optional ICD-10 column. When DRG codes are not available in the claim file, Iris can use ICD-10 codes to map claims to the appropriate DRG, improving inpatient repricing.

Claims repricing now handles claim files up to approximately 100MB.

Rate Lookup now includes a benchmark column showing the claim-volume-weighted average of in-network allowed amounts. Where local data is limited, it falls back from MSA to state to national. This is available at both NPI and provider-type level.

"Edit Columns" is now "Customize Table." The provider type dropdown is now grouped by Facility and Provider, and tooltips have been added to explain disabled filters.

Tooltip definitions have been added to all Rate Lookup column headers, so clients can easily understand what each benchmark represents.

Both columns now populate when searching by provider type, not only when an NPI is selected, giving benchmark context earlier in the workflow.

Cost-relativity percentages are now displayed to one decimal place. This change makes a real difference when comparing options at the margins.

Reports built with a census or provider weights file can now be duplicated, saving time when building similar analyses across clients or plan designs.

Census upload is now available in Care Steerage, bringing upload parity across report types.

You can now download the MSA breakdown directly from a census upload for use in client deliverables or further analysis.
